Welcome to OCTOBEARFEST 2008! Bears of Olympus Thank you for checking out our web page for Octobearfest 2008, Bears Of Olympus here in Denver Colorado. This years event will again be held in Denver, near a wide variety of entertainment options. Our host hotel is the Courtyard by Marriott, Cherry Creek at 1475 S. Colorado Blvd., and you can find more information on it here.
Please watch this site as we will be updating it frequently as we get closer to the event!   The 2008 Octobearfest Committee is pleased to announce that we have negotiated a discount for flights to Denver on Frontier Airlines. To take advantage of this offer, visit www.FrontierAirlines.com, selet the "More Search Options" link, and enter Meeting Code 39E28D. This code is valid from any Frontier city to Denver with travel between September 29 and October 8.
 We now have a TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS up. But we are holding back a few surprises we will let you in on as the event draws nearer!!!
There will be two ways to register for the event. You can either download the printable registration form, or you can register online. Click on the Register menu item to fill out the registration information and pay for your registration. After you make an online payment through PayPal, you are welcome to register on the website so that you can access exclusive content for paid registrants. That will also help us get all your information in the database more easily. Once you fill out the initial form for site registration, you will receive an email allowing you to activate your account. Then you should fill out the rest of your profile, and add a partner if you want. Let us know if you have any problems at all. Contact the webmaster for help. |
